Privacy statement

Holoticker is a project of MLP Studio, based in the Netherlands. MLP Studio is the controller of personal data on this site. Send questions about privacy to privacy@holoticker.app.

We measure how the site is used with OpenPanel, which we run ourselves on a Hetzner server in Germany. No data goes to an advertising or analytics company. We see:

• which pages are viewed and which site you came from;
• which buttons and outgoing links (such as Cardmarket) are clicked;
• the type of device, browser and operating system;
• country and region, derived from your IP address.

We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. To count visits, OpenPanel turns your IP address and browser into an anonymous code that changes every day. We do not store your IP address itself, so we cannot recognise you or follow you on other sites, and the statistics cannot be traced back to you as a person.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in seeing which pages are useful and improving the site.

The site runs on Cloudflare. On every visit Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, your browser and the requested page, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse and attacks.

Cloudflare is a US company, so data may also be processed outside the EU. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure site.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. Our email runs through Apple's iCloud. We keep messages no longer than needed.

We do not sell data and only share it with the providers named on this page. There are currently no accounts, newsletters or ads on Holoticker.

If you click through to Cardmarket or another site, that site's privacy policy applies there.

You can ask us which data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to the processing. Send your request to privacy@holoticker.app; we reply within a month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country or to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If anything changes, for example when an app or price alert is added, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
